Endive Salad with Roasted Pears, Walnuts and Gorgonzola

Main Course:
Salmon Poached in Court Boullion with Maitre d'hotel Butter
Creme Fraiche Mashed Potatoes

Dessert:
Pumpkin Creme Brulee
